Island Coaching Ltd hold personal and/or professional data (name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email, plus any information contained in notes and email exchanges associated with the piece of work set out in their contract/agreement).

Island Coaching Ltd maintains a log of clients in case required to evidence the number of hours of coaching/mentoring completed. This log comprises name, email, start and end dates, and number of hours completed, as set out in my contract/agreement.

Client contact details are generally received by email (from clients, their employers, or the referrer). The exception is CABA client contact details, which are received via a google doc.
