I believe coaching should be available to all, not only to who can afford it. 20% of my coaching work is done pro bono or low bono.

I have the honour and opportunity to work for Tracy Sinclair on Coaching with Conscience initiative to give free/low fee coaching for employees at MIND organisation. 

Coaching with Conscience specialises in offering high quality coaching and coaching related services in support of positive social impact and social progress.

I am also signed up with UP With Women organisation providing free coaching service. 

Up With Women clients undergo a year-long intensive program of career and entrepreneurship-based one-on-one customized coaching, in-depth personality and emotional assessment tools, group-support sessions, and soft-skills development. 

These engagements have been extremely fulfilling and inspiring for me, working with people who are very motivated, and hungry for growth.
